TO PRE-QUALIFY Clients For Short-Term Lending, Ensure You Submit The Following Information

• A color copy of the front and back of the owner’s driver’s license, ID, or Passport.
• A copy of your SS4 also know as EIN Confirmation Letter form the IRS showing your Employer ID Number or EIN for your business.
• Article of Incorporation from the state your business was formed in.
• A copy of your 3 bureau credit report that is no more than 3 days old. If you do not have one go to Credit Max Pros and download your 3 bureau credit report.
  
• Last six (6) months business bank statements (all pages – in pdf format). Please send each month as a separate pdf attachment.
• Voided Check - For wire or ACH into the customers account.

Short-Term Lending is less than 36 months. It is your responsibility to communicate with your client. Ohio Business Funding will not reach out to your client directly; we will only communicate with you, unless you specify otherwise. However, the lender will contact the customer directly.

• Two most recent Business Tax Returns for amounts over $100,000 or Real Estate.
