equipment sale leaseback is a financial transaction where a company sells its equipment to a leasing company and then immediately leases it back. This allows the original owner to access capital tied up in the equipment while continuing to use it. The company essentially converts an asset into cash while maintaining operational control.
To qualify for this funding program, you need:
- Business owner personal credit scores of 680 or above.
- Be in business for at least 1 year.
- Need business gross monthly revenue of at least $10,000.
- There can be no bankruptcy on any business or personal credit reports.
- There can be no judgments, liens or charge-offs on any credit reports.
