EQUIPMENT SALE LEASEBACK

An equipment sale leaseback is a financial transaction where a company sells its equipment to a leasing company and then immediately leases it back. This allows the original owner to access capital tied up in the equipment while continuing to use it. The company essentially converts an asset into cash while maintaining operational control.
